We women are creators and keepers of family, friends, and global circles. We train the human population from within our wombs, and if we carry no children, from our innate womb wisdom.
Yet, we are not serving those we love most if we are not taking care of ourselves or practicing what we are trying to get them to do.
If we want our daughters to have a better way to understand their cycles and sexuality, then we must first understand our own cycles and sexuality (or at least be on the growth path). If we want to live in a world that respects the environment, then we must respect our own sacred temples: bodies and homes---the small bit of square footage we are in charge of maintaining. If we want Mother Nature's Earth body to be healthy, then we must strive to keep ours healthy as well.
When we clean up our acts by focusing on managing our own selves first, we teach others how to take care of themselves by example.
Our monthly body clock has a wisdom to it that shows us how to focus on various aspects of our personal life journey. This “Management Monday” prompt is asking you to take a look at individual aspects of managing yourself and then sharing your thoughts with the group's sisterhood in 55-words or less based on the topic.
Each week will have a different topic that will often repeat itself. When it does, do your best to go deeper or explore another aspect of the same topic.
Things such as Self Care, Being Organized, Cycle-Tracking Management, Money, Home Environments, etc.
Our womb wisdom shows us how to walk this world in forward motion. We are here to help one another find inspiration for positive alignment with what is right for each of us.
You are beautiful inside and out, and I honor you.
