Cycle-Tracking Tuesday
This “Cycle-Tracking Tuesday” prompt is asking you to figure out what cycle day you're on, first and foremost.
For starters:
Cycling Women, "Blood Givers: Day ONE is the first day of your period, the day it is running red. If you have some brownish spotting beforehand, it's most likely just old blood emptying out.
When tracking with the 4s4w approach, you are not following the moon in the sky, but your 4 weekly seasons in a month, which correspond to the moon phase energies. So, you basically have your own "new moon" phase when you are on your period, and so on. I hope that makes sense.
No-Longer-Cycling, "Blood Keepers": You ARE following the actual moon in the sky, which makes things very easy. The New Moon and the 6-7 days following it are your Resting Phase days. The next 7-8 days, during the Waxing Gibbous moon is your Building Phase, and so on.
Don't make it complicated. Resting, Building, Expressing, Deconstructing. That's how the phases go. Or Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer. I'll talk about why the seasons line up this way during a FB Live at some point.
Back to the Blood Givers:
Based on the book 4 Seasons in 4 Weeks, you can then figure out, approximately, which seasonal week you're in. "Week", "phase", and "season" are all terms used interchangeably.
It's easy to refer to your physical book by going to the color-coded pages, which identify the approximate days of the phase and the energies of it. If you have an ebook, the color-coding on the pages are not there, but regardless, the chapters are there and give the same information.
In addition to figuring out the day you are on, there are descriptions of how the hormones are fueling you during each phase. Use this fuel to make optimal decisions in health, business, and love.
If you've been tracking with 4s4w (4 Seasons in 4 Weeks) for quite a while, then please jump in and answer other's questions when you can. If you're new at it, then ask for advice.
I will answer questions in FB Lives and comment on the group page here and there. But I'd love for you all to talk with each other, the way that women's circles have always done in the past.
Our womb wisdom shows us how to walk this world in forward motion. We are here to help one another find inspiration for positive alignment with what is right for each of us.
Ask your questions on the FB Group page. :)
You are beautiful inside and out, and I honor you.
- Suz
