Women: It begins with me honoring myself and you honoring your self. Guys: It begins with honoring a woman who has honored you in a way that has caused you to honor yourself.
No different than putting on one's own oxygen mask first before helping another with theirs, it is vital we step into , and walking in our own empowerment first.
And when that power needs replenishing, the best way to fill ourselves with more is to count our blessings; to see what is going right; to recognize our personal achievements and contributions; to realize the areas we reflect light, and to give ourselves a big fat high five and personal thank you. <3
I want to acknowledge all of you women out there today and the guys who support our endeavors. Please leave a comment with an honoring for yourself.
Please don't think of this as bragging or competing; think of this as standing in your power and acknowledging what you stand for; what you, as a light and love being are. I'll go first. Here goes:
1) I honor myself for carrying and birthing 3 children at home. One, my girl, who was born TODAY on International Women's Day! I consider my kids to be the best form of love I could set forth in the world. Blessed and thankful for them.
2) I honor myself for writing a powerful book and a powerful course on, ultimately, the importance of females being in charge of their own bodies and the importance of the world respecting and understanding why their sovereignty is vital for a healthy world. If I'm unable to create any other projects in my life, consider these to be my highest vibrational contributions for true positive change.
3) I honor my ancestral lineage and family members who have supported and challenged me on this Earth journey, making me the human I am today, a person with ongoing successes and challenges. The balance of life.
These are my legacies. What are yours? Even if you think you haven't made a difference, you have. Small or large, tell us how.
Happy International Women's Day, All. Thank you for your beautiful selves and positive contributions for the future. <3
