The Female Has Arrived

The Female Has Arrived

I hold immeasurable gratitude for your ongoing interest in helping women all over the globe find peace within and empowerment in the world by aligning with their monthly rhythms using the 4 Seasons in 4 Weeks approach to the hormones.

This week is the book's 5 year anniversary!

The concept is snowballing and I'm excited about it's future. The "Me Too" movement is helping women feel supported in stepping forward with their voices, feeling braver to claim what is theirs, what they deserve, and how they should expect to be treated. There is safety in numbers.

Because of this, they are freer right now---and also more open---to learning the truth about the very thing that IS their female, yet still causes them to feel embarrassed and vulnerable: their reproductive design of their bodies (whether they are still cycling or not). To say that society is not kind to women is an enormous understatement. Women are ready to hear that there is a wisdom to this monthly body clock and not something to hate being a woman for.

...that it is something to LOVE being a woman for.

As a woman or a man reading this, YOU are part of the healing that needs to continue. Thank you for being here. Thank you for helping to change the imbalance of power on the planet to one of co-leadership and respect of both the masculine and feminine.

Thank you for believing in women.

And thank you for sticking with me and also joining me to help women find joy and balance by recognizing the remarkable navigational system within. When women truly honor themselves by honoring the thing that makes them female (instead of continuing to be hurt by what society has deemed difficult), those around them will have no choice but to do so as well.

The Female has arrived. It's time for her to step forward. Let's support her.

- Suz xoxo
